Walls and Wars – a poem by Joel Wong

America, don't build more walls,
Immigrants have made our country great.
And please don’t start any more wars,
Where diplomacy can do the trick!

Our country is built on a principle,
Which no other country can compete.
That all men are created equal,
And that's our way to succeed.

Walls and wars are wasted motions,
That will hinder our great nation,
Excellence in science and technology
Positive areas to devote our energy!

America, don't build more walls,
Immigrants have made our country great.
And please don’t start any more wars,
When diplomacy can do the trick!
